1.Return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
 You may return any new and unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund and no restocking fee (except shipping). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have made a shipping error. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

2.Returns within 30 days of purchase.
Any item returned in used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price. The item must be undamaged and the e-bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer.

3.New and unused items returned beyond the 14-day period may be returned within 30 days.
If you wish to return an item outside of the 14-day period, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price and return shipping. The item must be in new and unused condition. Please use the shipping label provided by Hiland during the return authorization process.

You will receive a confirmation email after we submit your refund request. Refunds will be made within 3-7 business days after you receive the email.

We offer a two-year warranty on core components (battery, rear wheel, brakes, cranks, handlebars, rear rack, fork, saddle, seatpost, frame and wheels). Frames come with a five-year warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Improper assembly.
3. Improper follow-up maintenance.
4. Installation of components, parts or accessories that were not originally intended to fit the bicycle sold or are incompatible with the bicycle sold.
5. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
6. Bicycles used for commercial activities, including rental, demonstration or security fleets.
7. Purchases made through unofficial channels of purchase, unofficial. authorized dealers, and purchases made by non-original owners
